Your invoice will be sent via mail upon registration. The program payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

Substitutions |
Registrants may substitute another individual in their place any time before a program begins. The same payment and reservation policies apply.

Cancellations |
Cancellations must be received in writing (letter, fax or e-mail). There is no penalty for cancellations received in writing more than 15 days prior to the first day of the program. Cancellations received within 15 days of a program start date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. The charge will be invoiced immediately upon cancellation and is due upon receipt. If the participant has paid for a program that he/she cancels within 15 days of the start date, the Society will refund 75% of the fee immediately upon cancellation.

No-Shows |
The registrant who has paid but does not come foregoes any refund.
The registrant who has not paid is liable for the entire registration fee.

Conference cancellation |
In the highly unlikely event that the Society finds it necessary to cancel the conference, a full refund will be issued.
