An email or fax will be sent to confirm that your registration form has been received by MCBIOS. If you have provided credit card information on the registration form, the registration fee will be charged and processed immediately. A copy of the credit card transaction will be provided. If you are paying by check, your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the check.
If an invoice is required by a third party payee for accounting purposes, please indicate that on the registration from and an invoice will be provided. Registration for the MCBIOS conference is not confirmed until full payment is received.
Registrants may substitute another individual in their place any time before a program begins. The same payment and reservation policies apply. Substitution information including the name of the substitute and any other pertinent information must be provided prior to the start of the conference.
Cancellations must be received in writing within 15 days of the conference (February 14, 2006). Cancellation information can be submitted by letter, fax or email. There is no penalty charge for a cancellation received in writing 15 days prior to the first day of the conference. Cancellations after February 14, 2006 are subject to a 25% cancellation fee, 75% of the registration fee will be returned. Membership in MCBIOS will not be valid as the membership fee is included in the cost of registration. NO REFUND will be issued for cancellations submitted within three (3) days or less (February 27, 2006) of the first day of the conference.
A registrant who does not show for the conference will NOT receive a refund. Additionally, no partial refunds will be provided.
In the highly unlikely event that the Society finds it necessary to cancel the conference, a full refund will be issued.
