Call for Participation
The Conference Program Committee invites you to submit an abstract for either a poster or oral presentation. Abstracts are limited to 300 words in length. Following the conference, participants presenting either a poster or a talk will be eligible to submit a full manuscript for publication in the Conference Proceedings. As in previous years, we plan to publish the proceedings in BMC Bioinformatics, a highly-ranked open-access journal.

Active members of International Society for Computational Biology: ISCB are eligible for 20% registration discount*

Awards

There will be two distinct award categories for Student and Post-Doctoral Fellow attendees:

1) MCBIOS-JMP Young Scientist Excellence Award

2) Best Poster Award

Please indicate your choice to enter this presentation competition during abstract submission.
You must be present at the award ceremony to receive the award.

Travel Stipends
Students who are submitting an abstract for oral or poster presentation are invited to apply for a stipend which will defray conference registration and lodging at the conference hotel for March 29^rd and 30^th. Students with institutional support are not eligible for these allowances. Any additional accommodation and expenses will be the responsibility of the attendee. Awardees will be reimbursed after the conference. Abstracts to be considered for Travel Stipends must be submitted no later than February 18th, 2018
